Jakarta - The final event of MIP (Mahadasha Innovation Program) 2024 was successfully held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 located in Tiara rooms 5,6, and 7 of TMT Building 1. At this event, 3 CSULfinance employees were awarded the Mahadasha Green Belt award. The Green Belt award is an award given by Mahadasha Group to employees who have successfully completed a six sigma project which is a management methodology that uses statistics to improve the quality of products and services, as well as the company's operational efficiency.

This project aims to reduce defects and variations in business processes, increase productivity, meet customer needs, increase profitability, inspire employee morale. The process stages start from Green Belt Training, Doing Project Six Sigma, Kick off Project, Implementation, until getting the Green Belt award.

Here are the three CSULfinance employees who received the Green Belt Mahadasha award:

1. Rendi Utoyo - Project Six Sigma (Improve Time Management of Branch Opening Process to Zero Delays)

2. Annisa Sekar Safira - Project Six Sigma (Improve Service Level Agreement (SLA) Credit Analyst Retail from 90 Minutes to 60 Minutes)

3. Ayu Dwi Arini - Project Six Sigma (Optimizing the Use of Mobile Collection Application in Retail Business Unit)

Total there have been 5 people who have received Green Belt at CSULfinance to date. Congratulations to the employees who were awarded, hopefully can continue to innovate and inspire other employees for the improvement of CSULfinance.
