Jakarta, To improve the Employee Engagement Program, CSULfinance Human Capital held Director's Talk with the theme Business Plan 2025 “Where are you going to”, on Friday, November 1, 2024 located at CSULfinance Jakarta Marketing Hub, Cibis, South Jakarta. This event presented Mr. Adi Fausta Lauw as CSULfinance Marketing Director, who delivered information about business targets and effective business strategies in 2025.

The seminar was opened by Mr. Suwandi Wiratno as the President Director of CSULfinance who gave a speech to all participants. In his opening speech, Mr. Suwandi shared tips to become a successful employee, “Anyone who wants to be successful, must be consistent with the work they do, in order to gain trust and have a consistent career path as well”. He said.

The seminar was held for 2 hours from 09.30 - 11.30 WIB, and was attended by around 300 participants offline and online. Hopefully, with this Director's Talk, can provide education to all participants to be ready to deal with the business ecosystem in 2025, especially in the field of financing.
