Jakarta - TMT Group held the Opening Ceremony of the 2025 National Occupational Safety and Health Month (BK3N) on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 09.00 WIB at the TMT Building Sport Center. This year, TMT Group raised the theme “Improve K3 Culture to Strengthen Work Productivity” in line with the National theme “Strengthening Human Resources Capacity to Support the Implementation of K3 Management System (SMK3) to Increase Productivity”.
The event was attended by around 900 offline and online participants, and was opened with remarks from Mr. Suwandi Wiratno as Chairman of BK3N Group TMT 2025 as well as President Director of CSULfinance. In his speech, Mr. Suwandi expressed his hope for TMT 2025 Group's OHS month to increase employees' awareness and commitment to OHS.
The event continued with remarks from Mr. Danan Kadarachman as TMT Group Director and Commissioner of CSULfinance. "I invite all stakeholders in the TMT Group work environment to be firmly committed and continuously encourage the K3 culture. As well as actively encouraging cooperation, synergy, and collaboration in an effort to increase K3 culture independence by continuing to promote K3 at all times," he hoped.
The event was symbolically inaugurated by pressing the siren button by TMT Group's board of directors, Mr. Danan Kadarachman and Ms. Mia Hamami, as well as Mr. Suwandi Wiratno as the Chairman of BK3N TMT Group 2025. Through this event, it is hoped that all levels of management and employees within the TMT Group will increasingly realize the importance of K3 culture as an integral part of every work activity.
