Recruitment Specialist
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to organize end to end process recruitment activities
Source high quality candidates in-line with organization needs
Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
Take full responsibilities with users in fulfilling hiring needs
Manage new employee on boarding
JOB REQUIREMENT (s):
Maximum 30 years old
Have a minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology or relevant dicipline
Minimum 2 years experience in HR Recruitment
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and well organized
Depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting
